- soft tissue, wounds and bone, urinary tract infections, meningitis ;eye infection
resistance is a problem
- 50% multidrug resistant
- extended spectrum beta-lactamase
Tigecycine is not recommended
- sub-theraputic serum concentrations in bacteremia
- increased risk of all cause mortality
