Nephritic Syndrome
• Pathophysiology: Syndrome of symptoms and findings caused by inflammation of glomeruli
• Clinical features:
- Oliguria/AKI
- Hematuria with RBC casts
- Subnephrotic range proteinuria (<3 g/24 hr)
- Edema
- Hypertension
