• if PCR:
  • Pembrolizumab x 9
• else:
  • Capecitabine x 8

HER2

• Taxotere*/Cisplatin/Trastuzumab/Pertuzumab X 6 → surgery →
• if PCR:
  • PCR → Trastuzumab/Pertuzumab X 11
• else:
  • T-DM1 X 11~14 cycles
