- all patient receiving breast conserving therapy (after chemotherapy)
- Hormone therapy if HR(+)
- Tamoxifen as the drug of choice. If intolerable side effect, consider aromatase inhibitor.
- adjuvant Herceptin for patients with HER2 over-expression, node(-), tumor size > 1 cm, after adjuvant chemotherapy.
- CMF x8 : optional for old-aged or with other co-morbidities. TC x6: optional for patient to avoid cardiac toxicity and want to omit anthracycline..
