Abscess: dental, paraspinal, hepatic, splenic, subphrenic, pancreatic, -perinephric, pelvic, prostatic abscess or prostatitis, appendicitis

Osteomyelitis, sinusitis, typhoid, 1° CMV or EBV, malaria, Babesia
