Approach to Bradycardia (HR < 60 bpm)

•   UNSTABLE:

-   Prepare for transcutaneous pacing (e.g., put pacing pads on the patient)

-   Atropine 0.5 mg IV q3–5 min, max 3 mg

-   Transcutaneous pacing

-   Dopamine 5–10 μg/kg/min or epinephrine 2–10 μg/min if pacing is not effective

-   Transvenous pacing

•   STABLE: Observe, get ECG to rule out high-degree AV block, management depending on the etiology
