- Vasopressin (Pitressin)
- 腸胃道出血：0.2~0.4 U/min IVF
- 5 amps/NS 或 D5W 100 ml
- 12~24 ml/hr (腸胃道出血)
Important
- 100U in N/S 500mL
- max 0.4U/minute
- titrate up if active bleeding
- titrate down if side effects such as oliguria, coronary artery disease, and acute kidney injury 🔫
- for oliguria mangement: give mannitol
