Etoposide+Cyclophosphamide+Doxorubicin+Vincristine+Prednisolone

• Chemotherapy
  • Etoposide 50 mg/m² (D2-D5)
    • Give 92 mg mixed in N/S 500 ml IVF (via central line)
    • Rate: 22 ml/hr, once daily for 4 days
    • Time: 09:00 (D2-D5)
  • Doxorubicin 10 mg/m² (D2-D5)
    • Give 18 mg IVF mixed in Etoposide bag (via central line)
    • Rate: 22 ml/hr, once daily for 4 days
    • Time: 09:00 (D2-D5)
  • Vincristine 0.4 mg/m² (D2-D5)
    • Give 0.7 mg IVF (no maximum) mixed in Etoposide bag (via central line)
    • Rate: 22 ml/hr, once daily for 4 days
    • Time: 09:00 (D2-D5)
  • Cyclophosphamide 750 mg/m² (D6)
    • Give 1380 mg mixed in N/S 250 ml IVF over 2 hrs
    • Rate: 160 ml/hr
    • Time: 09:00 (D6)
    • Note: Start after completing 4 days of Etoposide
  • Prednisolone 120 mg/m²/day (D2-D6)
    • Give 220 mg/day (110 mg BID) PO for 5 days
    • Time: 09:00 (D2-D6)
