  • Cholestatic pattern: Alkaline phosphatase out of proportion ALT/AST → Check Ultrasound
    • Dilated ducts: Extrahepatic cholestasis → CT/MRCP/ERCP
    • Ducts not dilated: Intrahepatic cholestasis
