Airway: open airway (eg, head tilt-chin lift) Breathing: 10 breaths/min; 2 breaths q 30 compressions Bag-mask acceptable; supplemental O2
Rhythm (re ✔ q2min)
- VT/VF : shock (120-200 J biphas; 360 J mono)

- 一開始建議劑量，之後更高劑
- PEA: ✔ pulse
- Asystole → confirm in >=1 lead (r/lo fine VF)
