Squamous Epithelial Cell： 可做為採檢不良的一個指標或陰道發炎。

判讀順序：

TLDR

u/a ⇒ Pr/creatinine ⇒ microscopy

DDx:

normal u/a, pr/cr elevated but< 1, non albumin

ddx the following three by micro: 正常、棕、白

• ATN: muddy brown cast
• Vascular: normal
• Interstitial:
  • normal,
  • or occasionally white blood cell (count),
  • or white blood cell cast rarely

Glomerular : something wrong in u/a

positive u/a protein pr/cr mostly albumin

• Nephritic: 有血、protein有但不會說很多、鏡下有破的rbc
  • u/a: blood
  • pr/cr elevated but < 1
  • micro: dysmorphic red blood cell
• other glomerular problem
  • protien 但沒有血
  • pr/cr 上升很多

  • fatty cast-rare
