- Nonspecific, as it is → common in the general population (6-8%)
- Most useful when there is → high clinical suspicion but normal imaging
- Positive in 90% of patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS),
- but only 20-80% in other Spondyloarthropathies (SpA)
