  • Typically slow ooze, p/w fatigue, weight loss, iron deficiency, anemia

  • Internal, external hemorrhoids
  • anal fissures, rectal ulcers,
  • rectal varices (Rx by ↓ portal venous pressure in cirrhosis), XRT
