• ✓ UK:Cr: >13 mEq/g → renal loss; <13 mEq/g → extrarenal loss (AJKD 2019;74:682)

• If renal losses, ✓ BP, acid-base, UCl (UNa unreliable), UCa/Cr, renin, aldosterone, cortisol
