- neurologic (17–60%; peripheral neuropathy
- (polyneuropathy > mononeuritis multiplex),
- ↓ Hgb,
- ↓ plt,
- ↑ B-cell lymphoma risk,
- GI (5%; pain, HSM, ↑ LFTs).
- Meltzer’s triad:
- purpura,
- arthralgias,
- weakness in 25–30%.
