Hepatobiliary

  • Primary sclerosing cholangitis

  • Cirrhosis

  • Colorectal cancer

  • Small-bowel cancer

  • Abdominal pain,

  • loose/frequent stools (up to 50% ⊕ FOBT),

  • malaise,

  • wt loss

  • Mucus-containing, often nonbloody diarrhea (但有血也  不能直接說就一定 是: UC 啦)

  • N/V, bloating, obstipation if presence of obstruction; extracolonic manifestations as in UC

  • Several scoring systems:

    • CD Activity Index (CDAI),
