Central adrenal insufficiency

• Sx similar to 1° adrenal insufficiency (see “Adrenal Disorders”) except:
  • no salt cravings or hyperkalemia (b/c aldo preserved)
  • no hyperpigmentation (b/c ACTH/MSH isn’t ↑)
