Zollinger-Ellison
- 胃酸過多
- 胃泌素瘤(Gastrinomas)
- 好發於 20~40 歲男性
- 過量的 → 胃酸會導致胃和腸道的 → 消化性潰瘍
- 症狀包括 ≡ 腹痛、噁心、嘔吐、體重減輕和腹瀉。
- ▲ 胃酸分泌過多(gastric acid hypersecretion)、頑固性消化性潰瘍(severe peptic ulceration)、胰臟非 β 細胞性腫瘤(non-beta cell islet tumor of pancreas)等三聯徵。
- 神經內分泌腫瘤，可發生於胰臟、胃、十二指腸、腸系膜及肝臟等部位
- 多發型患者中約 1/4 可伴隨MEN-I 的 → 出現
