  • infection (esp. HCV ± cryos, IE, HBV, “shunt” nephritis, other chronic infxns),
  • SLE, cryos,
  • Sjögren’s,
  • lymphomas, dysproteinemia, idiopathic

• Complement mediated (rare); dense deposit disease (DDD), C3GN
