Clinical manifestations-urinary tract infections
- cystitis
- Urethritis: dysuria, urethral discharge (see “STI”)
- prostatitis
- pyelonephritis: fever, chills, flank or back pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
- Renal abscess: pyelonephritis sx + persistent fever on appropriate antibiotics
