  • latter sign of mismatch repair gene failure, accounts for 15% CRC, presents more often as early stage, ~5% of met dis.
• Mutations:
  • APC (~80%);
  • KRAS (~40%);
  • TP53 (50–70%);
  • DCC, SMAD4,
  • BRAF (~15%), HER2 amplification (<5%)
