Ambulatory pH impedance monitoring

• the gold standard of GERD, but often unnecessary.

• indication :

  1. symptoms are unresponsive to medical therapy
  2. anti-reflux surgery is → being considered
  3. there are atypical symptoms (Chest pain, cough, wheezing)

做好

• 細小導管，由鼻置於食道
• 高清食道壓理檢查 (HRM) 定位
• 量食道 → 酸鹼值及電阻
• 評估食道逆流成份(液體或氣體) 、方向、酸鹼度以及持續時間
• 病人需利用機器上的 → 按鈕及症狀 → 記錄用餐時間、任何 ✖ 不舒服症狀產生 ↪ 時間、睡眠時間等，進行 24 小時的 → 監測
• 隔日移除，藍芽傅輸，並 〓 搭配 症狀記錄單，
• 藉以評估 是: 否符合「胃食道逆流疾病」的 → 診斷，以利後續的 → 處置及治 療。
