Hyperemesis gravidarum: First trimester, severe vomiting, elevated ALT. Treatment: Hydration.
Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy: Second or third trimester. Pruritis. ALT 10× ULN. Treatment: Ursodiol.
Preeclampsia: Third trimester. Hypertension, edema, proteinuria. Mild increase ALT. Treatment: Delivery.
HELLP syndrome: Third trimester. Features of preeclampsia with microangiopathic hemolytic anemia. Treatment: Delivery.
Acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP): Features of preeclampsia with coagulation abnormalities (also more hepatic encephalopathy and hypoglycemia than HELLP). Treatment: Delivery.
